Twelve Pikachu mascots paraded around Osaka Station last July 16 as part of a science educational exhibit, according to the entertainment website Tokyo Otaku Mode, which reposted a video by a Japanese page on Monday.
The clip has been viewed more than 260,000 times as of writing.
Several parts of the world have caught the Pokemon Go fever, with players exploring far and wide to catch fictional creatures using their phones.
The game has yet to be released in the Philippines.
